The restaurant offers menus based on international cuisine, skilfully blended with traditional Mediterranean flavours by the chef Francesco Lavarini. Products, selected according to the season,  quality and freshness combine with the extraordinary talent of the chef and with the great care taken in presenting every dish.

The wine list includes more than 350 carefully selected illustrious, Italian and international labels. Gambero Rosso has also marked the wine list with its wineglass symbol, an extra tool to help guests select the wine suited to the occasion.
