Garda Dop Oil, internationally recognised both for its organoleptic properties and for its precious nutritional value, is produced on the hills overlooking Lake Garda. It has a delicate taste and excellent quality: visitors can taste it by booking a visit to the ancient and modern oil presses.

The farming tradition of Garda that has produced, gathered and processed olives for centuries, is still alive today, making this product that has recently been rediscovered as the basis of the Mediterranean diet. In the wake of the wholesome products of the past, immediately following the rich olive harvests, in October and November visitors can watch the olives being gathered and processed.
