Types of processed data and purposes for their treatment.
Browsing data.
When browsing through Terme di Sirmione sites, the information systems and software procedures that control how the site functions gather certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Examples of this type of data are IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code that indicates the response given by the server (successful, error, etc) and other information relating to the user’s operating system or IT environment.
Although the data mentioned above cannot be traced back to the identified users, they could allow the identification of the users to whom they refer through reprocessing with data in the possession of third parties.
However, they are used by the Data Controller for the sole purpose of processing anonymous statistics about consultation of the site and for controlling that the latter functions correctly. They are cancelled immediately after processing. Moreover, such data could be used for ascertaining liability in the event of hypothetical IT crimes against the site. With the exception of this hypothesis, they are usually kept for no longer than seven days.

Terme e Grandi Alberghi di Sirmione S.p.A will use the data gathered in this way solely for replying to the received information request and for any subsequent co-related communications.
