An immersive experience on Lake Garda through five Mindfulness Retreats based on the seven pillars of mental health and longevity—sleep, light, movement, nutrition, breathing, connection, and meaning—designed to accompany each participant on a journey of deep reconnection with themselves and their lives.This is the first edition, with sessions in Italian language. Breathing is the only biological process that combines control and spontaneity. Through mindfulness and self-compassion practices, we transform this physiological function into an anchor of awareness, helping you overcome daily reactivity and live with greater intention.
Similarly, the quality of human relationships is a crucial factor for psychological well-being and longevity. Interpersonal mindfulness promotes attentive and non-judgmental presence towards others, while self-compassion practices help transform internal and external conflicts, welcoming even the most difficult emotions with balance.

Sleep is one of the fundamental biological pillars of mental and physical well-being. Numerous studies show that sleep deprivation is associated with increased cortisol levels and greater vulnerability to stress.
Mindfulness and self-compassion practices are effective tools for promoting more restorative rest, helping to improve sleep quality and reduce symptoms of insomnia.
At the same time, scientific studies show that regular exposure to morning sunlight can improve mood and reduce symptoms of depression, especially during the winter months. Mindful practices such as mindful walking and contemplating the bright landscape strengthen our sense of connection with the outside world, promoting a complete path to physical and mental balance.

Movement is not only a physical expression, but a profound process of emotional regulation, integration and embodied awareness. Mindful movement practices — such as yoga, walking meditation, qi gong, tai chi or aikido — promote harmonious dialogue between body and mind, strengthening the inner connection.
Similarly, food represents information, relationships and memory. The digestive system, through the gut-brain axis and gut microbiota, affects mood, cognitive functions and emotional regulation. Applying mindfulness and self-compassion to eating allows us to break habitual and automatic patterns, re-establishing a conscious and harmonious relationship with food, our body and our emotions.

The need to attribute meaning to experience is an essential dimension of the human mind. Recognising meaning in suffering and reconnecting with a purpose that transcends individuality alone has proven to be a powerful protective factor for mental health.
In this context, self-compassion and the search for meaning allow us to navigate existential voids not as signs of failure, but as evolutionary steps towards greater authenticity and deeper awareness.

Catalyst Lab is an intensive two-day experience designed to introduce participants to the heart of the programme, exploring the Seven Pillars of Rewiring Presence.
A comprehensive program designed to foster deep and transformative engagement, integrating training and practical experiences under the expert guidance of Alessandro Giannandrea, Certified Instructor of Mindfulness Protocols at the UCSD School of Medicine, University Professor in the Master’s Degree in Mindfulness, Clinical Practice, and Neuroscience at Sapienza University of Rome, and Psychologist and Psychotherapist.
