The voucher is valid for one person and includes:

3-hour access to the sulfurous salsobromoiodic thermal pools, with effervescent loungers, hydromassages, swan neck jets, vascular path, infinity pool, internal and external saunas, steam baths, emotional showers, and multisensory relaxation areas, including the Water Journey.
The included welcome kit includes a swim cap, bathrobe, and towel. Swimwear and slippers are mandatory and are not included.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must use the standard withdrawal form (“Withdrawal Form”) available on the Website at this link and attached to the order confirmation email. Alternatively, the user may send a registered letter to the address Terme di Sirmione S.p.A. Piazza Virgilio, 1 – 25019 Colombare di Sirmione (BS), to the attention of the Products Department, indicating their personal details, the order number and date, as well as the products subject to the withdrawal, and indicating as the subject: “Withdrawal of order no.… – of dd/mm/yy”.

This Termemotion Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is no longer usable and cannot be refunded after this date. Booking is mandatory and subject to availability by contacting the Reservations Center at +39 030 916044 as well in advance as possible of the selected date; remember to indicate the code found on this voucher. If several services are grouped on one single voucher, they can not be booked on different days.
