Returns & Refunds

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, any user acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement of the Product without providing any reason and without incurring any costs other than those specified in Articles 13.6 and 13.9 below, within a period of fourteen calendar days (“Withdrawal Period”). In accordance with Article 59, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Therefore, cosmetic products must be returned perfectly intact and in their original sealed packaging. Returns will not be accepted for products whose packaging has been opened or tampered with. The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days.
