A tribute to the culture and identity of the territory, the cuisine under the guidance of the chef Fabio Bertoletti offers dishes inspired by the Italian and Brescian tradition, imaginatively reworked by Fabio. The wine selection is impeccable, made up of local labels and leading organic alternatives to enrich and best accompany the gastronomic experience. The entire menu was composed in collaboration with Dr Ana Villarini, a biological nutritionist who promotes and applies the most authoritative nutritional recommendations to ensure wellness in the diet.
For intimate dinners or working lunches, three rooms are available with lake views, which can be reserved exclusively, while the lounge bar on the ground floor serves excellent aperitifs and delicious cocktails to start and finish an evening the right way.
